From his early years in debugging electronics that failed the ICT test, to working on multiple projects on NFR testing and later on, growing in leadership roles such as QA Lead, Testing Trainer and Business Quality & Processes Team Competence Area Leader, Ciprian has always been focused on Performance Testing and has dedicated the past 15 years to gaining expertise in this field.

His current experience as Service Delivery Manager has led him to coordinate one of the most successful projects in Accesa – ToPS, a secure platform developed in-house, that can be deployed on any linux-based Cloud or On-Prem infrastructure, streamlining and speeding up the performance testing process, providing comprehensive reports, and ensuring data privacy for the organisation’s global clients.
