Ride the wave or fight the wave?

Daniel Jecan - Technology Researcher @ Jpard Solutions

Europe room

10th November, 14:00-14:30

Life is full of waves and nothing ever stays the same. So is a business. Waves are inevitable, but our response to them can make the difference between a successful new initiative or getting stuck in fear land. In difficult times, some manage to reinvent themselves and their business and others just get stuck or get overwhelmed by problems and challenges and eventually give up. Although there are many factors involved, deciding to ride or to fight the wave is ultimately in our hands and our decisions will eventually impact our plans and actions, so it is very important to have the right mindset.
